Independent Baseball Fall And Winter Leagues

In the upcoming days, there will be notices of the fall and winter developmental leagues run by the independent professional baseball leagues and teams.  Many will be held in the Southern part of the U.S. for weather purposes, such as in Louisiana and Arizona.  One may also be held near Chicago.
